Petra Whiteley is the author of Exhibition of Defined Moments, a collection of poetry, and her work has appeared in Apt; Danse Macabre; ditch; The Recusant; Weirdyear and Unlikely Stories 2.0, all webzines. Petra is also a regularly featured author in Glasgow Review; Eleutheria and Osprey, also webzines; and has had her work appear in print magazins such as The Plebian Rag and Essence.
Her first collection of poetry, The Nomad's trail, was published by Ettrick Forest Press in September of 2008, and her chapbook, The Moulding of Seers, was published by Shadow Archer Press in 2009. Her most recent chap-book, the aforementioned Exhibition of Defined Moments, was recently released by erbacce-press. Petra is not just an accomplished poet. As a reviewer of CDs and musicians, her written interviews have appeared regularly in Reflections of Darkness, a 'dark' webzine.
Petra is a very welcome addition to the upcoming anthology, In The Company of Women.
