April Michelle Bratten

Edgar & Lenore's Publishing House and EdgarAllenPoet  would like to extend a warm welcome to, April Michelle Bratten,  a writer currently living in Minot, North Dakota. Over the past few years, her work has been published widely in both print and online journals. A few of her credits include San Pedro River Review, Istanbul Literary Review, Durable Goods, Full of Crow, Kill Poet, Red Fez, Southeast Review, and Gutter Eloquence, among others. She has been nominated for the Best of the Net prize twice, as well as the Pushcart Prize.

In addition to the many creative activities April is involved in, she is also one of the founding, and managing editors for Up The Staircase Quarterly, a successful ezine, and will have work featured in the soon to be released,  In The Company of Women, An Anthology of Wit & Wisdom, Sass & Class.
